South Ward Reading Party
Your help is needed at a reading party with the South Ward kids this Friday, December 14th. The Party lasts from 3:00-5:30 pm at South Ward Elementary. Afterwards, the AYM will hang out for dinner.

SUNDAY MORNINGS
YOU WILL NEED YOUR BIBLE. YOU WILL NEED YOUR CURRICULUM BOOK. The 7th-12th graders are continuing a thorough Sunday morning study of “Essential Truth.” You may still purchase your student handbook for only $5. This handbook will guide the students in daily Bible reading & in Life Groups through the end of January. This morning’s theme is “Fear Factor; What happens when someone dies?”

BASKETBALL LEAGUE
This year we will have a 16u team. Cost per person is $30, and games will begin after the Christmas break on Saturdays. We will begin practice today at 2:30 p.m. till 3:30 at the Novak’s house (727 Reel Rd).

Encounter
All 7th-12th graders will meet in the Loft this Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:00 pm for food, games, & worship.

Winterfest 2008
Winterfest is just around the corner! The annual teen conference is for 7th-12th graders in Arlington, TX January 18-20. Cost for the weekend is $65 per person. Sign-up you & a friend today! Please turn in a $25 deposit to Melissa or Ricky by December 30th.
