iParents Class Begins New Series
Arlis Wood, Ph.D., will be guiding us through “Parenting With Love and Logic: Raising Responsible Teens” on Sunday mornings. Plan on being a part of this two month study. This class is primarily for parents of 5th-12th graders, and the practical principles can be applied through out that age group.
MYMINISTRY (5th-8th, Melissa Kitchens)
Maximize Your Worship Experience
All 5th-8th graders are strongly encouraged to remain in the Family Life Center for worship unless assisting with Super Stars. See Sandra Boorman to join a Super Stars team.
MOMENTUM
5th-8th grade meets in the LOFT Wednesdays, 6:30-8 p.m. for MOMENTUM. The snack bar is open from 6:30-7 p.m. for candy and drinks. Bring a friend as we continue the AMAZING GRACE Series.
Camp of the Hills/Mission McAllen Meeting
Our first COTH & Mission McAllen planning meeting is Sunday, April 27 at 3 and 4 p.m. respectively in the LOFT. All adult sponsors and teens interested in going on either of these trips should be there!
HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRY (9th-12th, Ricky Pruitt)
Jr. & Sr. Banquet Meeting TODAY
May 4th will be a day that we celebrate with families of the graduating class of 2008.
Parents of 10th and 11th grade students MEET TODAY. will be needed to help prepare for the banquet, along with serving the meal. We will meet @ 11:30-11:50 a.m. in room C6 immediately following the morning assembly with Soph. & Jrs.’ parents.
Seniors Meet Sunday Afternoon
Seniors meet @ 4 - 5:30 p.m. to work on Bible Studies, pick Sr. Bibles, and begin practicing a Sr. Song (the last part is optional). We will meet at the Perry’s (111 Castlegate).
EXPERIENCING GOD
Bring $5 to class if you wish to purchase a daily journal for our church wide series, or if you got one last week.

This Tuesday at Hinsley Park, 9:30 p.m. on Field #4. Call 903.238.1118 to find out about inclement weather.
Wednesday Home Bible Studies
9th-12th graders are meeting in homes for “Home Bible Studies." Students may arrive at 6:30 p.m. Seniors will lead Bible studies from 7-8 p.m. Students meet at Don and Sharon Novak’s home (727 Reel Rd.) OR on the east side of town at the Chris and Mindi Collier's home (3204 Linda Lane).
Mother/Daughter Brunch
High School Girls & Moms...save the date Saturday, May 3rd,for our annual Mother/Daughter gathering. Our Senior Girls will be honored! More details to come...
Mission Mexico
We will begin training for our mission on April 20th from 1:30 till 3 p.m. in The LOFT. Make sure you are present if you plan on going to Mexico.
Your $100 deposit is due today through next week. Stocks are available to raise the remainder of the money needed.
